NEROSILVO is a red wine with a great structure, an explosion of color and
Aged a year in fine French barrels softens its tannin to amaze refined palates.
This is a variety selected for the high content of resveratrol, anthocyanins and
polyphenols contained in its grapes. The vineyard is placed on a slight displacement in a clayey soil and the result is a wine exceptionally structured and rich in coloring and antioxidants.
After one year in barriques, it rests for other few months in the bottle without
being filtered and without receiving sulphites added during the production process.
The nose has a marked hint of ripe red fruit, including blackberry and mulberry
blackberry and in the mouth emerges its great structure and its persistence. Absolutely matched with red meat.
