Aged a year in fine French barrels softens its tannin to amaze refined palates.
This is a variety selected for the high content of resveratrol, anthocyanins and
polyphenols contained in its grapes. The vineyard is placed on a slight displacement in a clayey soil and the result is a wine exceptionally structured and rich in coloring and antioxidants.
The nose has a marked hint of ripe red fruit, including blackberry and mulberry
blackberry and in the mouth emerges its great structure and its persistence. Absolutely matched with red meat.
