Silvo Spumante Brut Nature Magnum rests on the lees until disgorgement for 60 months and is obtained from the vinification of grapes from resistant vines.
The sparkling base of Souvignier Gris is enriched with grape juice as the company's only source of sugar for refermentation.
The 2022 disgorgement of these limited edition magnums pleasantly amazes the most refined palates!
