L'altro punto di vista
"The other point of view" is the contraposition of the use of chemistry in agriculture, an environmental paradox: the secondary sector can't support the primary sector as the chemical practices can't support the fertility of the earth. This paradox for Silvano wants to be the mission that offer to the consumer the opportunity to “instruct” their palate to a new, but ancient, feeling of naturalness.
We're glad to present our first vinification of Nosiola, our native white vine .
Raetica is indicated by Plinio il Vecchio, and other Greek-Roman authors, as one of the most widespread white grape vines in the "Raetia", an ancient province of the Roman empire that ranged from Switzerland, Austria and Northern Italy .
Silvo Sparking Wine Brut Naure on lees (sur lie) is obtained from the vinification of grapes coming from resistant varieties. The basic wine is Souvignier Gris enriched with grape juice as only source of sugar for the refermentation.
Aromatta couvèe of resistant varieties, is a white wine with an aromatic scent, for the production are limited to maximum anti-parasitic treatments.
The treatments are based on sulfur and copper (organic) and do not exceed
three times. The vineyard has its roots in a silt-sandy soil rich in minerals and nutrients.

The melodies created by the small Rio, the story whispered by the ancient mill,

clusters grow that give rise to this divine nectar, rich in freshness, naturalness

PINOT GRIGIO IGT Vineyards of the Dolomites
Pinot Grigio single variety vinification whose bunches are rooted in fertile soil rich in minerals. Hints of honey, fruit and hay ripen in acacia wood for 8 months.
The vineyard has a south-east exposure and it's planted in shallow clay soil of alluvial origin with planting schemes aimed at obtaining low yields so as to concentrate all the substances in a smaller number of bunches.
The wine has a very low content of sulphites and is obtained by spontaneous fermentation of the must, without any other addition of substances extraneous to wine.
NEROSILVO is a red wine with a great structure, an explosion of color and
perfumes. Aged a year in fine French barrels softens its tannin to amaze the most refined palates.
This is a variety selected for the high content of resveratrol, anthocyanins and polyphenols contained in its grapes. The vineyard is placed on a slight displacement in a clayey soil and the resulting wine is exceptionally structured and rich in coloring and antioxidants.
